Processing Method for China Jobs
Step by step Process
- Step 1: Review the candidate's resume, documents and overall situations. Conduct a meeting to discuss service charges and assist in creating a resume according to China's job standards.
- Step 2: Provide interview training and guidance for the interview on job culture, manners, requirements, rules and expectations.
- Step 3: Arrange online/offline interviews with Chinese companies.
- Step 4: Secure a detailed work contract and job offer letter from the Chinese company, including all relevant details, and ensure stamp seal, signatures and fingerprints from both parties.
- Step 5: Notarize & translate candidate's documents (academic certificates. criminal record) through relevant authorities lil education ministry, foreign ministry/CHSI authentication tudied in China before, physical examination.
- Step 6: Apply for a Work Permit Card online by submit all the documents of company & foreigner candidate including passport (valid for over a year), academic documents, non criminal record certificate, medical check up reports etc. for the Work Permit in Chinese Government website.
- Step 7: Once approved, join the Chinese company / fly to your destination. Step

Requirements & Qualifications

- Must have to be eligible for China's Work Visa.
- Requires a 4-year Bachelor's degree with a CGPA of 3+ or over 80%. Below honors/Bachelor's or HSC qualifications are not accepted.
- 2 years relevant work experience (with certificate) or gap, or a Master's degree or higher.
- Non-criminal and physical examination certificate within the last 6 months.
- Proficient in English, able to communicate with global buyers. Pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, word choosing standard.
- Basic computer skills required, including proficiency in creating and editing PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets, Additional skills in document conversion, content translation, professional photography/videography, and editing are a plus. Experience managing social media or business platform accounts, content creation, and posting is preferred. Preference given to candidates with website creation and development experience.
- Meet sales target/work expectations.
- Honest, modern, disciplined, smart and clean, stylish, fashionable.
- Strong skills in chatting, calling, convincing and talking.
- Business-oriented with good work ethics.
- Able to adapt to western culture.
- Preferably studied in China, but others accepted.
- Basic Chinese knowledge or Chinese language course preferred.
- Sales & marketing experience preferred.
- IT skills and social media sales platforms expert and social media celebrate / more fans followers likers subscribers are a plus.
- Studied at world-ranked universities is a plus.
- Relevant work experience in the same product industry is preferred.
- Experience in sourcing clients and acquiring orders quickly is a plus.
- Can't break the work contract/can't run away from company or can't quite the job suddenly without official legal mutual procedures.
- Male & female both can. Age should be from 24 to 37 years old.
- Willing to pay service charges or costs.
- Must abide by the Chinese government laws & working company rules.
